The Plan implies that your product will be developed at a certain guaranteed speed, which depends on the size of the team and its hourly rate. This speed is measured in Features and depends on the duration of the Sprints. So, for example, the Basic plan guarantees delivery of 1 feature every two weeks, the Standard plan guarantees 1 feature delivery every week, and the Premium plan guarantees 2 features delivery every week. Thus, you can choose at the very beginning at what pace your product will be developed.

Each plan includes the infrastructure to run your product (Cloud Infrastructure) as well as services to ensure continuous delivery pipeline (DevOps). This means that you don't have to worry about it when working on your product.

Yes. In our plans we prefer customer who have possibility to stay with us longer. We do one-off or emergency tasks, however our fees for such tasks will depend on its complexity and urgency and hourly rate will certainly be much higher then in our plans.
